Hi Cashmere,

How are you? I am fine here. How are things with you, hope everything is fine.i recently read that --Great souls are often those who have undergone great sorrows but have refused to give up-- after reading it i was encouraged not to give up in doing the thing i do, for example writing to my friends even though i don't feel well. i pray that God will give me more wisdom and strength.

bye

Dear Cashmere,

How are you? i 'm fine. i want to say a big HI! to you. our sunday was a friend day, in which we invite our unsaved friends and treat them for a lunch after the service.i invited my friend Sharmila and her husband and her little daughter Jovitha. it was a really a nice day. they are Hindus and accepted christ now. But they are much into charismatic church, so i had a burden that they should serve God in their life and grow more closer to God.

i just pray that They will grow more in christ after attending our baptist church.

how was your sunday service?

bye for now. keep in touch

Vanitha

Oh i forgot to answer some of your questions.

Ihave two ssters and one brother, two nephews and one niece, we are great friends. all of live in urban expect for my mom and dad who live in upcountry. Mostly here we refer to upcountry as rural home. we visit them oftenly.

Ibecame a christian while in high school. Iwas 15 years.Ihave loved God all through . He is my best friend i know how to trust him. He is my my strength, He is God!

At the moment my favourite food is pizza. This things we get to know them when we get to urban, here we say town. but in rurals you hardly hear such things. So i take it so many times and also trying all flavours. Sometimes we gather 2,3,4 frienda to buy one pizza since it is expensive its around 14 dollars each i.e Ksh 1000. If you buy it alone it`s like suprising yourself!!! we are like aaalllll thaaaaaat moooonnneeyyyyyyy!smiley-surprised   talk to later it my time to go home from work. actually am in the office  c(see)  u (you) dear -Josephine

Hi gal,

yeah that`s my picture. Am from Kenya. That picture i took during christmas at my up country home.

Right now am at work in the capital city Kenya , Nairobi. I live in Nairobi since i ccame to look for a job. After high school most people believe that jobs and nice colleges are found in the city. so everybody heads there after high school. it is 3:49pm East african time.

I am born again and am a sunday school teacher. I love to see kids grow in christianity. Because i know once they are adults they will thirst for Gid more and they will definitely search for Him.

What about you? how is your country like? what is it like to have snow for days? Do you have many tribes like here in kenya? In kenya there are 42 tribes with totally different languages, traditions, culture, beliefs ,foods etc. respond soon!!!

Josephine

Jesus loves you

Hi Cashmere,

How are you? I am fine. yes ,you are right about the temperature. it is marked in celcius as you said. here in singapore it rains and shines.

i dont know if it is good or bad if it snows in your place but i like to see snow and everything is white. we dont get to see snow at all.

i ve accepted christ when i was a teenager but had lot of set backs later in my life. now i found a church and a good pastor who teaches us the Word very well. i m thankful to God.

i hold Bachelor's degree in computer science and also a teacher training , i worked for Sometime before marriage. and since my husband often travels because of his job i decided to quit.but however i try to work as a teacher whenever he stays for more than a year at one place. here in Singapore i thought of doing a clerical job but still thinking about it, because i will not get enough hoildays as my husband does to travel to my native place(India),

so i m caught up for now. Only God knows..

Thanks for the friend request...I look forward to learning more about you and tapping into your faith and hopefully learning alot more...thanks for the advice on coffee talk.......I guess I know all that in my mind but my heart just still really hurts sometimes and I want to get to that place where I'm better....oh well, it's God's timing not mine right???

It's frustrating sometimes to feel like I should be so much better at all this and I still act and feel like a hurt little child when things don't go my way or I "feel" like things aren't going my way.

Anyways, thanks again...I hope to hear from you soon!!! Have a great day!!! God Bless!!

Keep Smiling!!!

Jackie

Hello Dear ~ I call everyone that. I hope you don't mind, lol. I also am excited about our friendship. You can never have to many. I know that is one reason God brought this site to me was for the wonderful people I would get to meet and the blessing they would be in my life and I also in thers I hope. I have only been in my house for 2 months. It is coming along but yet still not settled yet! And the rountin thing I hope happens real soon. I am trying for next week. I have 2 boys ages 12 and 9. One is in 7th grade and the other 4th. They are growing real fast. Too fast. We have had some struggles with my older one, the pre teen issues. But we went and recieved some guidence fromour Pastor and with lots of prayer and being consentint, I am sure I spelled that wrong! I am sure God will be with us and help us thorugh it all. I babysit 2 kids full time and then 3 others part time. My full time kids keep me busy. They are 3 and 2. Potty training the 2 year old and she is doing real well. And this next week will be working with both on learing shapes and colors I think! That is my goal. I do direct selling on the side as a way to get out and meet other ladies and to have conversation with other adults and make a few dollars doing so is always nice. They are all Christain ladies so it makes it a whole lot more enjoyable. I sure do look forward to getting to know each other more. But I would be an awful wife if I didn't say how I have a truely amazing husband. We have been married for 13 years this year but together for 15. Which is half my life considering I will be 30,lol. I was married real young but the Lord has truely worked even this out. And I am extremly blessed. It is late so I need to get my but to bed so I can stick to my routin, lol. Blessings, Bonnie RIC
