Hello, thanks for adding me, I think what brings out the child in me is family get together's, or when my girls (daughters) friends come over and are acting silly or funny they think just because I'm 42 I can't dance, wrong!! I can still dance. They think just because I'm a minister that I can't listen to clean rap music, I can and I do. I think that's the part of me that keeps it real all the time, I am who Iam and I fit no man made mold, I am the way God created me. I also think that's why I can talk to anybody about anything, Because I can only be the way God made me.

To be honest I have utilize this gift to help some of my daughters friend to make some really hard life choice, they felt comfortable coming and sharing their concerns with me. I love relating with women of all ages.

What (or who) most encourages the little child in you to come out and play? When was the last time this happened? My children help to bring out the kid in me. If I let loose, which I don't do as much as I should, I can get pretty silly. I was running around playing guns with the boys. (Sorry, if this offends you.) We were laughing and surprise attacking!

Hi Lilith!  Thanks for adding me!  And thanks for your question above on my profile page.  Lets see...I think what brings out the little child in me can be several things.  Number one would be cutting up with my 12 year old son.  He still loves to tease me and wrestle and play.  Every night I tease him that I am going to spank him, and we wrestle with me trying to pop him on the behind and him trying to keep me from it!  I think he would be so embarassed if anyone knew about that!  Secondly, we have two dogs, Sophie and Gus that are just like our babies.  I love to talk silly and cut up with them.  And one more thing would probably be the warm summer evenings we spend playing hide and seek outside as darkness begins to fall, catching fireflies, looking at the moon and stars with our telescope.

I love the pictures of your family!  I'm a mom of three boys and one girl.  My oldest is almost 23 and my youngest is almost 13.  I miss the days when they were little.  But I also love watching them grow and become independent young adults.  From birth to young adulthood, its been one exciting phase after another.

Love the questions.  I have to laugh because my biggest frustration is the reason I'm on the computer now.  I am trying to relax. My biggest frustration is school.  My 8 year old has a very hard time in school.  Homework is the biggest challenge in my home.  I get frustrated, upset, and feel so helpless.  He gets frustrated, upset, and gets down on himself.  It is a constant struggle.  But my biggest joy (I think thats what you asked) is when my boys talk about Jesus.  I am amazed how childrens faith is so much bigger and purer than ours.  Both my boys say they want to be preachers.  My 8 year old holds church in our front yard for the neighborhood kids.  It is so awesome.  Children are definitly the best gift God gave us. Thanks for adding me to your friends list.  My trip to Nigeria was the most amazing experience.  It's amazing to me how you can go with the intention of being a blessing to someone and amazingly you get blessed in return.  How great is our God!!!  We have a missionary from our church there.  She was there for about 9 months and then came home for a visit.  She had trouble easing back in to our culture.  After about a 6 week stay here, she went back again.  I can't wait to return.  Looks like it will be sometime in early March!!

I was recently married on 777.  I now how a wonderful husband and 3 amazing step-daughters, 15, 14 and 9.  I have a son who's 7 and he, very proudly, walked me down the isle. We're kinda like the Brady Bunch.  Ha ha ha.

Have a most blessed day!

Until the shout!
